"Poynter and Snow: a tremendous team. Both are great writers and they know the publishing business, both electronic and print."
-- Randy "Dr. Proactive" Gilbert, Author of Success Bound
Dan Poynter
Dan Poynter is widely recognized as the "Godfather" of
the self-publishing movement. His seminars have been
featured on CNN, his books have appeared in The Wall Street
Journal, and his story has been told in US News & World
Report. Poynter's books have shown thousands how to publish
and market their own books successfully, using some surprisingly
simple concepts. With more than 100 books currently in publication,
including the popular Self-Publishing Manual (with more
than 200,000 copies in print) he travels 4,000 miles each week,
inspiring and empowering writers across the nation and around
the world. Please click

By a surprising coincidence, prior to collaborating on this book or even meeting, both Dans were aviation enthusiasts and animal lovers, as well as early adopters of new technologies. Today, they share great satisfaction from helping fellow authors and publishers to "think outside the book," and from showing others how to publish and promote books in ways that are more effective and economical than ever before possible.
